SHIPPING UK

  • Our Standard Delivery is free of charge to United Kingdom.

  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

  • Standard Delivery orders are delivered by Royal Mail from 07:00 until 20:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, they are not currently trackable.

  • Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive for UK orders.

SHIPPING EU

  • Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order to arrive for non-UK orders.

  • A signature maybe required on delivery.

  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

  • All orders to EU will have a tracking number. We will send an email confirmation with tracking number. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

  • Due to BREXIT please have into account that as all of our products are sent from the UK, the package will have a duty (import charges) that is not included within the delivery cost and is payable by the customer. This duty fee will be issued by customs, this cost is not issued by us.

  • Please check for more information on important taxes on your government website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Please allow 10 - 15 working days for your order to arrive for non-UK orders.

  • A signature maybe required on delivery.

RETURNS

  • If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
